As we said it’s being presented with limited commercial interruption and we have decided to devote some of that extra time, to explain the story behind the outrage that is AIG. It’s the insurance conglomerate, that we were told, was too big, too important to be allowed to fail. It’s now 80 % owned by American taxpayers! 180 billion dollars worth of taxpayer money has been pumped into it! And now we learned they are handing out bonuses. 165 million dollars in bonus money, 73 employees are receiving one million dollars or more. Tonight, we’ll take a look at AIG who are these employees, who is making the case “they should get these money”. We’ll also, this money rather. We’ll also hear the outrage all the way from eastern Washington cross the country!
